1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes. Orders are delivered using trusted courier partners assigned based on serviceability and location.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Prepaid orders are dispatched directly after confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call or message before dispatch
Unverified COD orders may be cancelled to prevent misuse

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders across India
No hidden handling or delivery charges are applied

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation via SMS or email
A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Delays or Unserviceable Areas

Seafolds is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier company issues
Natural events, strikes, or regional restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete address details

If your delivery pin code is found to be unserviceable after order placement, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Missed Deliveries or Returned Shipments

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, the courier may retry delivery
Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal may not be eligible for re-dispatch
Additional shipping costs (if applicable) may be charged for re-dispatch

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes
All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch
Orders that fail verification may be cancelled without prior notice

9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available. We deliver within India only.
