Cancellation Policy

At Seafolds, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How to request cancellation:

Please mention your order number clearly in the request.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be initiated within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

Important:
Cancellation requests sent via social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered valid.


2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still do not wish to keep the product after dispatch:

  • Please accept the delivery

  • Then follow the process mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy

Returns after dispatch are subject to eligibility rules, timelines, and mandatory unboxing video requirements.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or message before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Repeated COD cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may result in:

    • COD option being disabled for future orders

    • Account restrictions at Seafolds’ discretion


4. Prepaid Order Refunds

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is initiated

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment source

  • Credit timeline depends on your bank and usually reflects within 3–7 business days


5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Seafolds reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

  • Failure to verify COD orders

  • Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
