Refund policy

At Seafolds, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong or defective

  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing:

    • The sealed package

    • The product received

    • The issue (wrong or defective item)

Requests raised after 3 days or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are correct and free from defects

  • Items damaged due to use, washing, or mishandling

  • Requests made after the return window

  • Missing or incomplete unboxing video

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging


3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at seafolds@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear reason for return

    • Full unboxing video

Once approved, our support team will guide you on the next steps.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product is defective

Important conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for approval


5. Refund Policy

If a return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 8–15 business days after approval

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product is used or damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • The unboxing video is not provided

  • The return is rejected after inspection


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at seafolds@gmail.com

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear unboxing video as proof

Without video evidence, replacement or refund requests will not be approved.
